Vendor Negotiations
We have contracted relationships with the top nightclubs, lounges, bars, and hotels in San Francisco giving us access to dedicated timeslots each month. We have experience managing venue proposals. We know that a well-crafted agreement makes sure that all of your requests are fulfilled.
Event Management Services
All of our venues have a proven track record of professionalism. Staff members from ABCey are on-site before and during set-up for your event. Our working relationships with venue managers means that any problems that arise will be handled expeditiously. Our support staff is transparent to your guests, but available to you as needed.
Operations and Support
We are a premier corporate event planner because we know the importance of execution. All support tools and training to staff is provided. We coordinate all aspects of your event including door host and security, coat check, liquor, catering and staff, design and decor, music, stage, and audiovisual, including use of existing lighting and sound systems with stage manager. Our staff will be on site if there are any questions.
Public Relations and Press Buzz
We tap into relationships with the San Francisco Convention and Visitors Bureau and San Francisco Chamber of Commerce to generate buzz for your event. We assist you with marketing, publishing, printing, disseminating materials and press releases leading up to your event to make sure that your target audience is reached.
